2. Products and Cosmetic-Use Information

MWAAH products are cosmetic products intended to cleanse, exfoliate, condition, moisturize, beautify, or otherwise improve the appearance of the lips as described on the applicable product page and packaging. They are not drugs or medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Appearance-related results vary from person to person. Photos, testimonials, timeframes, and descriptions on the Services illustrate individual experiences or product features and do not guarantee that every customer will achieve the same result.

Use each product only as directed on its current label or packaging. Review the ingredient list before use, especially if you have allergies, sensitivities, a medical condition, or are pregnant or nursing. Stop use if irritation or another unwanted reaction occurs. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate. Product information on the Services is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, packaging, sizes, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing updates, and packaging changes may cause minor differences. The product label and packaging you receive contain the most current directions, warnings, and ingredient information and should be reviewed before use.

Products are offered subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or update formulations, packaging, or descriptions when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send an order-confirmation or shipment-confirmation notice, depending on the checkout process and applicable law. An automated acknowledgement does not always mean an order has been accepted.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, inventory errors, payment issues, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

You represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. We do not store complete payment-card details when payment processing is handled by Shopify or another payment provider.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, estimated processing times, estimated delivery windows, available destinations, and related charges are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, high order volume, incorrect addresses, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. We will provide legally required notices and remedies if fulfillment is materially delayed.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for following carrier instructions. Please contact us promptly regarding a missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered order so we can review the issue under our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Guarantees

Returns, exchanges, damaged items, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Any money-back guarantee or promotional refund promise displayed on a product page or at checkout is subject to the stated eligibility conditions and our Refund Policy. If specific guarantee terms shown at the time of purchase conflict with a general statement in these Terms, the specific guarantee terms apply to that purchase, except where applicable law gives you greater rights.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy excludes rights relating to defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, gifts with purchase, bundles, and discount codes may be subject to separate terms, eligibility rules, purchase limits, expiration dates, and availability. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively. If you submit a review, photo, video, comment, idea, or other content ("User Content"), it must be truthful, based on your genuine experience when presented as a testimonial, and must not be unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, obscene, or deceptive. You must clearly disclose any payment, free product, discount, employment, family relationship, or other material connection to MWAAH when required by law.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it to us or tagging MWAAH in content you ask us to feature, you grant MWAAH a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, adapt for formatting, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content in connection with the Services and MWAAH marketing, subject to applicable law. This license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, except for content already used in materials that cannot reasonably be recalled or where retention is legally permitted.

We may moderate or remove User Content that violates these Terms, infringes rights, contains unlawful material, exposes personal information, is spam, or creates security risks. We will not require a positive sentiment in exchange for compensation or knowingly publish fake reviews as genuine customer experiences.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MWAAH and its owners, employees, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or business opportunities, arising from or connected with the Services or these Terms.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, MWAAH's total liability for a claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to MWAAH for the product or order giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event or (b) USD $100.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability for defective products where it cannot be limited, or any other liability or consumer remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, this section applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MWAAH and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This section does not require you to indemnify anyone for their own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms, use the Services unlawfully, engage in suspected fraud or abuse, or create a security or legal risk. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will survive.

These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference are the entire agreement between you and MWAAH regarding the Services and replace prior terms covering the same subject. If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, except for payment obligations and rights that cannot legally be limited.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The words "including" and "includes" mean "including without limitation."
